Husband, Father, & Dedicated Craftsman
Russ has been caring for homes long before he was even legal to drive. Working alongside his father, he grew up understanding the value of hardwork and attention to detail. From home siding and roofing to automotive repairs, his hands have always been dirty (until it was time for dinner).

After marrying his wife in 2020, Russ was ready to branch out on his own which is where the story of Painted Knight began. He has since helped hundreds of people fall back in love with their homes, restoring and bringing new life to well-used spaces. He's also has 2 children, who he exemplifies hard work and dedication to daily.
WHY "PAINTED KNIGHT"
Where the legacy began...
When Russ was a kid, his dad told him about how important it was to be a knight in this world of craziness. That as a knight, he was to set a good example for others, to always look out for the underdog, and to take pride in doing what’s right even when no one’s watching.

That lesson stuck and it affected him so much he got the tattoo to remind himself of it... the inspiration for the company's logo.

Today, Russ brings that same code of honor into every project. Showing up with integrity, working with care, and leaving behind craftsmanship that stands the test of time. Painted Knight isn’t just a name, it’s a reminder that honesty and hard work still have a place in the modern world.
